Yoga Classes
Hello and welcome. I instruct many different styles of yoga include Yin, hatha and hot yoga. Currently my classes are over zoom.
Yoga - $100 per session
Meditation Workshops
We instruct the iRest© yoga nidra meditation system. Currently Derek holds a level one qualification. Nine week workshops are available over conducted over zoom.
We offer a sliding scale pricing model as well as special pricing for Veterans and their families or Veteran connected organizations. We also offer a sliding scale for those on strict budgets.
Each class is 120minutes and includes a guided meditation. A workbook with homework assignments and journal is included with each workshop.
